• Up to 10 meetings prior to your wedding day to discuss details
• Starts six months prior to your wedding
• Assistance with your final stages of planning
• Coordination of vendors throughout the final planning
• Formulation of wedding timeline & distribution to all vendors
• Attendance and coordination of rehearsal – up to 2 hours
•Staff arrive to venue 1-2 hours prior to ceremony time
• Coordinate with vendors and venue
• Field all questions & concerns from vendors on wedding day
• Assure that event runs according to timeline
• Cue all wedding professionals throughout event
• Provide assistance to couple and bridal party

Coordination

This package also includes:
• Up to 7 hours of service on the day of the wedding
• Two PPP staff will be on-site

• Two or Three PPP staff will be on-site based on need
• Set-Up of Ceremony & Reception Space
