My husband works 90% of the weddings we do - so you will probably meet him!
My dream is to help other couples have a stress free wedding process. Your wedding should be the best day of your life, and you do not want to go through the process wishing it was over. Too many couples become overwhelmed and overlook minor details. This is where I can be of assistance.
My background is not in event planning - but I hope my future brings a lot of events my way! I graduated from Nichols College and attended Simmons College for graduate school. I am a Social Worker (LICSW) and enjoy helping people! My current full time job is Director of Clinical Services - overseeing intensive group homes and community clients.
Planning and organizing are passions of mine. I have been told on numerous occasions that I am in the wrong career field because of how invested I am with helping others plan events. I will not claim to be an expert, but I can promise I will be fully invested with making sure your day goes as planned!

When I started Perfectly Peters Planning, I assumed we would only work with couples from Massachusetts. We have been extremely fortunate to work with couples from all over New England, New York, Florida, California and Colombia! (Yes, Colombia!) We cannot wait to add to this list!
a nd Our Team
Meet our Team: Dominique, Katelynn, Nathan and Amanda!
Our team will forever go above & beyond. For those who have met with us, we always share some of the stories about us tackling challenges that most coordinators/planners would not handle because it was not in their job description:
•When a bartending service did not bring the amount of ice they were contracted to bring, we went out and purchased 800 lbs. of ice. We had to carry the ice on our own and put it in our own car leaving a little Ford Fusion soaked!
•When a florist/decorator was contracted to set up the venue and do floral and we arrived an hour before the ceremony as planned, asking if she needed assistance, she laughed and said she was not the one who was setting up even though the couple and I had multiple meetings with her about her vision and her team completing set up and breakdown. We instantly called in backup to assist with a full set up in just an hour.
•When a caterer did not have the items to make the couples Late Night Snack (tater tot bar), we ran to the nearest store and purchased everything we needed. The tater tot bar was what the bride was most excited for, and she talked about it for months. Luckily it was a backyard wedding, so we sat in the house for an hour and cooked several bags of tater tots & made cups of different dipping sauces to serve with them.
•We have walked dogs during receptions, given animals their medications and helped photographers photograph pets
•Unclogged toilets in bathroom trailers when the company stated they could not be there for about three hours
•We have decorated cakes with floral when the florist forgot to do so
•We have assisted with writing last minute speeches
•Ashley has even officiated a wedding when the officiant bailed last minute!
We have so many more behind the scene stories, and some you wouldn’t even believe! But that is why we are here. We are here because we want to make your wedding day vision come to life and we will try our hardest to make sure your wedding day exceeds your dreams!
